The E Bar Ranch Lakeside I property is 35 minutes from Aspen in the heart of natural beauty and outdoor adventure and overlooks 2,700 acres of water. Elias has managed a team of engineers, attorneys, and land planners through the entitlement process to get approval to sell 18 premium 3-acre lots. In 2019, two-time Oscar-nominated director Gus Van Sant (best known for Good Will Hunting) joined Elias as he produced AGE Out to bring awareness to children’s enormous challenges when they age out of foster care. He was able to bring in significant actors like Tye Sheridan (Spielberg’s READY PLAYER ONE), Imogen Poots (An international actress with 41 film credits), Caleb Landry Jones (GET OUT), and Jeffrey Wright (WESTWORLD and 31 Nominations, 11 wins, and 1 Golden Globe). The film has won many awards around the globe, from Best Picture to Best Actor. In late 2020, Elias founded Red Balloon Studios in response to a global need for entertainment that inspires and urges positive social change. Red Balloon Studios cultivates films with a unique ability to shift culture and forge relationships between audiences who yearn for better content and forward-thinking corporations seeking to increase their social responsibilities and global citizenship. The innovative, sustainable business model ensures large audiences for social impact films and provides lucrative investment returns. The model simultaneously creates a movement around each film, utilizing a strategic plan that fosters social impact for the specific social issues in the stories. In 2022, Elias formed an investment group and purchased another 80 acres adjacent to E Bar Ranch Lakeside I, known as E Bar Ranch Lakeside II. The vision for this development is 14 premium 3-acre lots, a lodge, a wellness center, retail, restaurants, E Bar, glamping, and townhomes. In 2023, Elias and his investment team purchased an additional 123 acres on the river in Buena Vista, CO. This property is known as E Bar Ranch Riverside.
